Collaboration is what we do, we work with each other, becoming part of your team. We build relationships that go beyond an engagement contract because that is what gets us out of bed in the morning. We love working with groovy humans, and we want to share that YESSSS moment with you.

We may not be everyone’s cup of tea… but we are someone’s shot of tequila! At the end of the day, we work with people, not ‘the company’ and we respect that everyone is different. We have made a commitment to working with people who are on the same wavelength and have synergies with us. Before we start working with a client, we check that we are the right fit.

The warm fuzzy feeling of YESSSS is from success. We focus on delivering results, solutions, and success, not on how much time it takes for us to do a job. Problem-solving and thinking outside of the box to come up with win-win solutions is what gets us going. It makes the win so much more satisfying. As our name suggests, there are no negative vibes here.

Strategic Session:
Having a strategy is critical for us to be able to deliver results. We have created 4 different strategic sessions that become our road map: Sunrise, Spark, Sail, Sunset
Onboarding Session:
Already have the strategy and plan? Just need help with execution? No problem. This session is to go through the existing strategy and set the course forward.

Ongoing Services
Services provided on a monthly retainer. Each month we deliver an agreed list of tasks, based on your strategic plan.
We offer marketing and business development services - have one or have both. There is no cookie cutter approach here, we create a custom engagement for all of our clients.
Engagements start from $2,000 per month.

Projects
Here for a good time, not a long time?
We get it, sometimes the tide is high, and you need some extra hands-on deck, while other times you can manage with your existing team and resources. Projects are best for these circumstances.
Brief us with a project you have already planned, or we can work with you to scope it out.
